Pre-registration is a must so let us know if you'll be along.
Roisin will lead you through poses which help tone and build up strength after delivery. Relaxation time will also be an important element. Babies may accompany and they'll be in the room beside you :)

Pure Pilates at iYOGA
We welcome Alison to the studio in April ~ Alison will lead pure pilates classes which will improve fitness, increase flexibility,strengthen and tones muscle and reduces back pain.
Pilates for beginners / improvers
Duration: 6 weeks Cost: €60
Starting April 11th : Thursday Evening Classes at 7:30pm
Starting April 8th : Monday Morning Classes at 11:30am:
Level 1 - New Class on Wednesday at 18:45 with Lisa : Starts Wed 10th April
Lisa returns to teach our new Level 1 class :) This is open to all with some iyengar yoga experiance and is specially designed to take those who've completed our Intro2Yoga course to the next level with their yogic practice. The class is 1 hour 15mins long and is on-going. Email info@iyoga,ie to register :)
Intro2Yoga Classes
Specially designed for those completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, these introductory terms cover yoga basics to introduce you to the full suite of introductory yoga asana (poses). Sign up for 8 weeks and your card is valid for 12 weeks so if you miss a week in the course you can validly make it up at the end.

There may be some space in on-going classes but we recommend you start at term start if at all possible.

Summer Solstice Sun Salute
Thanks to all who took part in our charity event in aid of SolarAid on the Summer Solstice 21st June at 7:30pm ... at the fab outdoor venue : Great Western Square - just off North Circular Road. Open Thursdays in January 2011
For each Thursday in January iYOGA was an open studio when all were welcomed to attend our evenings of information and exploration of yoga and related therapies/disciplines. The sucessful series showed DVDs on yoga, hosted taster evenings on alternative therapies, held discussions on the deeper benefits of yoga and meditation (with Ger Murphy) and closed out with a celebration and demo of yoga . So thanks to all who attended, supported and took part on these evenings.... more to follow so watch this space :)
