New Year … New to Yoga ? Why not join our Intro2Yoga Classes ….

Specially designed for those completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, these introductory terms cover yoga basics to introduce you to the full suite of introductory yoga asana (poses). Sign up for 5 weeks and your card is valid for 8 weeks so if you miss a week in the course you can validly make it up at later date (should class size permit).

Pre-booking is required  (and advised to avoid disappointment as these courses tend to book out).
To pre-book please complete the following 2 steps ~ (1)  fill out our registration form > http://goo.gl/forms/WiHnMmuQbQ
and (2) pay here (via paypal – choose the iYOGA Card, 5 class card option) > http://iyoga.ie/prices/
If you’d prefer to pre-register or pay in person or another way, email info@iyoga.ie or phone us at 01-8828858.
Those who turn up without having booked will be allowed to join, if there is space, on a first come first served basis only.
We hate turning people away so please do book if you intend to join. You will also need to re book if you are doing the intro course for a second time.
