Specially designed for those completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, these introductory terms cover yoga basics to introduce you to the full suite of introductory yoga asana (poses). Sign up for 5 weeks and your card is valid for 8 weeks so if you miss a week in the course you can validly make it up at later date (should class size permit).
Pre-booking is required (and advised to avoid disappointment as these courses tend to book out).
