Happy April One & All !
What challenging times we are living in. We sincerely hope you are well and managing to keep active and healthy, and socially distant!
It was not an easy decision for us to close when we did but we made the decision in an effort to do our part in helping to reduce the spread of the virus. We hope it wont be too long before we can reopen, but in the meantime we are launching iYOGA @ Home to help you stay there 🙂

~ FAQ regarding online classes
How does it work ?
All online classes will be accessed via the Zoom online platform, which is free to use. Once you’ve registered interest , we will send you the online class details and you’ll be be able to join the class by following the zoom link provided.
How do I enrol/register for a class?
To register , click on the links above, in the calendar or email info@iyoga.ie . Class registration links will also be on our social media pages . Registration for all classes will close 2 hours before the class starts.
How and what should I pay ?
We request a donation of €5 for each class you attend – this payment will go to the teacher. If you are in a position to donate more, it will be very much appreciated. Payment can be made using PayPal by clicking this link, https://www.paypal.me/iYogaDublin or we can provide bank transfer details if requested.
Please contact us if you are not in a position to make a donation towards the class …. And please don’t let an inability to pay stop you joining in with us 🙂
How do I use the Zoom platform?
Download the app onto your device, its free. We recommend a laptop or tablet as the screen will be bigger, making it easier to see us. You will receive a link and an ID number from us before your class which will take you to the “meeting”. We recommend setting up at least 30 mins before the first class so you can check sound, light etc.
I dont have a lot, or any yoga equipment. Can I still attend a class?
Absolutely! There are many regular household items that can be used instead. For example: a dressing gown belt or long scarf can be used as a belt. A bolster can be made out of a few tightly rolled blankets tied at both ends, and a sturdy stack of books can replace a block for hand support. There are lots of ideas online and here is a link to a site that we found that might be helpful https://theyogaspacevancouver.com/homeprops.html
Where is the best place to set up for my class?
You will need to make sure that the space you use is big enough for your mat and some space around it. The ceiling should be high enough for you to stretch your arms overhead. Make sure there is nothing that you could injure yourself on, if you fall out of a balancing pose, such as a table, fireplace, heater etc
