Intro2Yoga ~ August Start Dates
Specially designed for those completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, these introductory terms cover yoga basics to introduce you to the full suite of introductory yoga asana (poses). Sign up for 5 weeks and your card is valid for 8 weeks so if you miss a week in the course you can validly make it up at the end.

As part of the summer change, Lisa & Margaret will alternate teaching Thursday’s General Class (7 – 8:30pm). For July dates are:

Improvers class restarts : WED August 17th ~ 19:50
The improvers class will restart on Wed Aug 17th at 19:50. This class is for anyone who has completed a term, or two! of intro and would like to move on to a slightly more challenging class. You do not need to have recently completed your intro to attend this class, so if you been away from us for a while and would like to return, this class is a great option. All white class cards are valid for this class.
Other options once intro has been completed are
Level 1 : Mon 19:45-
General Level : Tue 19:30
General Level: Wed 18:30
General Level: Thur 19:30
All of these classes are 1 hour 30 mins, so a €5 top-up is required with the white card.
Stretch @ Weekend Workshops
We’ve wonderful workshops every Saturday ~ great value yoga with the very best of local & iYOGA teachers ~ the workshops are open to all , so start your w/e off well and join us at iYOGA.
Time: 10:30am – 12:30 pm. Cost: €20 (€18 unwaged).
The iYOGA Combi card covers ~ Weekend Workshops.

Focus On Junior & Senior Intermediatte Sylabii Sun Aug 14th
This day offers a unique view of asana and pranayama work at junior intermediate level. Open to All Iyengar teachers.
Eileen Cameron holds the Senior Intermediate Level 3 Certificate and has been a student of Iyengar yoga since the mid 90’s (for over 25 years). She qualified as a teacher in 2000, attained Senior Level 3 in 2014 and as such is one of Ireland’s most Senior Iyengar Teachers. She has studied with the Iyengar family in Pune four times and with many internationally renowned teachers. Iyengar Yoga has sustained her throughout this time and she continues to study and practice this wonderful art. Eileen was the driving force behind the establishment of and is a founder member of the Dublin Iyengar Yoga Institute. She also leads the Iyengar Introductory teacher training program with Margaret Cashman at iYOGA.

Our weekly pregnancy yoga continues each Wed July at 6:30.
This class is open to all expectant mothers past their first trimester – i.e. on and after 14 weeks of pregnancy.
In the class you will be working in a supported way through various standing, seated, inverted and relaxation asana ( or poses). The asana will increase energy, as well as building strength and stability in the body. We will provide a centering practice as you prepare for your babies arrival.
