This specially developed course will introduce you to the basics of Iyengar yoga. By concentrating on alignment and accurate work within asanas (or poses) you’ll begin to learn the main points of the physical asana. The use of props will also be introduced to make poses more accessible.

Who should attend:
You should take this course if you are new to Iyengar yoga or returning to yoga after a long break. A term of classes at this level is required before starting the improvers or Level1 Class.
