Class Information

The general level classes are open to all , and are especially good for those with active lifestyles , engaged in sports or athletics – it will help you stretch & tone muscles, while building stamina and protecting against injury . Focusing on the spectrum of standing asana, to forward bends and back bends , it will also cover inversions (headstand / shoulder stand) and recuperative poses. If you have an established yoga practice or are active in other pursuits this class is highly recommended

Booking Information

Bookings will close for this class at 21:30 on Monday evening’s We are using a booking platform called Luma which will deal with the bookings and payments. It uses the payment system Stripe. You don’t need to have a Stripe account, all you need is a credit or debit card.
