Restorative yoga poses help us learn to rest deeply and completely. This class is a slow, gentle practice that will reduce stress and improve health. You will use various props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body in poses, which allows you to remain in a deeply relaxed state. So if you’ve been feeling stressed, tired or just generally out of sorts, be it from day-to-day life or perhaps from a major life event, then restorative yoga is what you need. Even those who are feeling balanced find that restorative yoga allows them to have more energy and to sleep better.
We are using a booking platform called Luma which will deal with the bookings and payments. It uses the payment system Stripe. You don’t need to have a Stripe account, all you need is a credit or debit card.
The Certification Mark is a registered trade mark awarded to teachers who are approved members of the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK). Only properly trained and certified teachers who have maintained their professional development are legally permitted to use this logo. All teachers at the Iyengar Yoga Centre of North Dublin have the Certification Mark.
