Class Information

The general level classes are open to all , and are especially good for those with active lifestyles , engaged in sports or athletics – it will help you stretch & tone muscles, while building stamina and protecting against injury . Focusing on the spectrum of standing asana, to forward bends and back bends , it will also cover inversions (headstand / shoulder stand) and recuperative poses. If you have an established yoga practice or are active in other pursuits this class is highly recommended
