We plan to re-open as soon as is healthily possible (and will reflect this closure time by extending existing class cards or offering refunds ). We will contact those enrolled in iYOGA events and workshops but please feel free to contact us at

Ireland is fortunate that the island is still in a containment phase regarding coronavirus and because of this we are not panicking. Nor are we complacent as we realise it is only a matter of time before our health service has to deal with a significant rise in people acutely unwell with the virus. To help slow the spread , and therefore to allow the services further time to prepare for the inevitable, we have chosen to close. We realise that not all businesses / services can close / justify closure . As a non-essential service bringing groups of people together, we choose to do our part to help reduce/slow infection spread in our community by closing our doors temporarily.
In the meantime the following sequence is recommended for home practice at such times as these ~ it is a sequence B.K.S. Iyengar proposed to strengthen against colds and viral infections … keep calm , well and keep practicing folks !
