Intro2YOGA Terms
Intro classes are designed for those who are completely new to yoga or who are returning after a long break. Classes are filling up at this time of the year so if you’d like to pre-book your place on our next Intro2Yoga terms :

Following on from Intro Class
For those of you who have completed intro, we run a number of general level classes during the week, which we recommend for those students who are moving on from intro level:
Mon 19:00 – 20:30
Tue 19:30 – 20:15
Wed 19:00 – 20:30
Thurs 18:30-20:00
Please note: these times are subject to slight change so make sure to check the timetable on the website before coming along.
Early Morning yoga
Aine leads our early morning yoga class each Wed from 7am – 8:15am. This is a general level class suitable for all levels and abilities. A great way to start off your day!
Cost: €10 drop-in. Or class cards are also valid.
Stretch @ Weekend Workshops
We’ve a workshop almost every Saturday morn in Feb … great value yoga with the best of local teachers ~ so start your w/e off well and join us at iYOGA.

Sat 3rd Feb: General Level workshop with Elena Agarkova.
Sat 10th Feb: Deepen the practice with Annette Cahill
Sat 17th Feb: Asana Development workshop with Teresa Lewis. 10:00 am to 12:00pm
Sat 24th Feb: General Level workshop with Janice Dack.
Workshops are open to All and are highly recommended.

Focus on Junior Intermediate Sylabii with Eileen Cameron Sun Feb 18th
This day offers a unique view of asana and pranayama work at junior intermediate level. Open to All Iyengar teachers.
Eileen Cameron holds the Senior Intermediate Level 3 Certificate and has been a student of Iyengar yoga since the mid 90’s (for over 25 years). She qualified as a teacher in 2000, attained Senior Level 3 in 2014 and as such is one of Irelands most Senior Iyengar Teachers. She has studied with the Iyengar family in Pune four times and with many internationally renowned teachers. Iyengar Yoga has sustained her throughout this time and she continues to study and practice this wonderful art. Eileen was the driving force behind the establishment of and is a founder member of the Dublin Iyengar Yoga Institute. She also leads the Iyengar Introductory teacher training programme with Margaret Cashman at iYOGA.
Time : Sunday 18th Feb: 9 am – 1pm pm (with break for lunch)
