A half-day workshop with Dominic Cogan
This is an opportunity to take time out and allow yourself to connect with the deep stillness that lies within all of us. Learn both the theory and practice of what Mindfulness is in a relaxed and supportive environment. Participants will have the opportunity to try a range of mindfulness meditations including some gentle mindful exercise. Ideas will also be presented on how to integrate mindfulness into daily living.

Dominic began practicing Mindfulness meditation twelve years ago. He has received Mindfulness Teacher Training from the Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice, University of Bangor and has been certified as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher by the German based Institute for Mindfulness Based Approaches. Through his teaching Dominic seeks to support people in gently de-stressing and building inner resilience.
