IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING iYOGA DUBLIN

We hope this email finds you all well. What a challenge the last few months have been but its wonderful to see and meet folk in the post-lockdown stage. As difficult as it has been, it was great to host our iYOGA @ home the online classes. We have really enjoyed seeing you all and being able to continue teaching.

Roisin & I have thought long and hard about the immediate future of iYoga Dublin …. and we have decided to continue to provide online classes instead of re-opening the physical studio space. For a number of factors (not least the 2 metre social distance requirement), it just isn’t viable to continue our physical studio at the moment . So during July and August we will continue with our existing online schedule and from September we will plan a more extensive and inclusive offering of online classes. To help us plan our future offering we would appreciate it if you could complete this simple 3 question survey – it can be accessed by clicking on the link here  (and should take no longer than 1 minute to complete).
It was a very difficult decision to stay teaching solely online, and we will miss seeing you all at the studio. We would like to thank you for your support over the years, and more recently with the online classes. It has been wonderful to grow our studio space and to support the wider Iyengar student community.  This we will continue to do but in a virtual fashion.
For those of you would have bought class cards shortly before we closed, we will honor these and will be in touch with you directly about that.

When we started the online classes, we were very aware of the emotional and financial impact that lockdown had on so many people so we decided to keep the cost as low as possible . Also all monies paid went either to the teachers or their nominated charities .  Up to this point, we at iYoga have not been receiving any proceeds from the online classes. Even though the studio has been closed, we still have costs associated with running the classes online, as well as accumulated costs from the studio. So from 1st August we will increase the price of the online classes to €10 per class to cover some of these costs. For those who are in financial distress and cannot budget extra for yoga classes, please contact us at info@iyoga.ie
We hope to see you online with us soon …. watch this space for a renewed website and easy online registration.

Best Wishes
Roisin and Margaret
