Course Pre-requisites
The course is open to prospective students who
- Are dedicated practitioners of Iyengar Yoga
- Have studied for a minimum of 3 years continuously with an Iyengar Certified Teacher
Course Information
Initial Training Dates:
- Saturday, 25th June 2016
- Saturday, 24th September 2016
As well as the dates above, the course will be run over 8 weekends each year (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Details of these dates will be given at May 21st Practice.
The course runs over 2 years and comprises:
o Level I : 90 hours training in year 1 – inclusive of Anatomy and Physiology and Yoga Philosophy
o Level II : 90 hours training in year 2 – exclusive of First Aid course
Cost Final Cost will depend on numbers.

Teaching Practice of Introductory Asana, demonstrating:
o Clarity of Instruction, Demonstrating Performance , Observation and Correction , Care of Students,

Fundamentals of Pranayama
Basics of Anatomy & Physiology
Introduction to Yoga Philosophy
Certified First Aid Course
