The iyengar Certification Mark is an internationally recognized qualification ~ a sign of excellence, clarity and dept of understanding.
Anyone interested in teacher training is welcome to attend a Preliminary Training Practice at iYOGA Dublin on:
Saturday July 1st at 1:30 pm – 2:30pm

The course is open to prospective students who
- Are dedicated practitioners of Iyengar Yoga
- Have studied for a minimum of 3 years continuously with an Iyengar Certified Teacher
The course will be run over 9 weekends each year (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Details of these dates will be given at Preliminary Practice.
The course runs over 2 years and comprises:
o Level I : 90 hours training in year 1 – inclusive of Anatomy and Physiology and Yoga Philosophy
o Level II : 90 hours training in year 2 – exclusive of First Aid course
Cost Final Cost will depend on numbers.

Teaching Practice of Introductory Asana, demonstrating:
o Clarity of Instruction, Demonstrating Performance , Observation and Correction , Care of Students,
o Control of Class

Basics of Anatomy & Physiology
Introduction to Yoga Philosophy
Certified First Aid Course
