11:00 : General Beginners Yoga with Matthew Green ~ A re-freshing and centring practice open to all . Matthew has just returned to iYOGA having spent 2 months at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in India so he comes fresh with ideas and guidance from the source – this is a unique opportunity to learn with this calm , methodical tteacher – & to part-tale in a class designed to build stamina and to help rejuvenate.
12:30 : Yoga for all the family with Margaret Cashman ~ Kids, Dads, Aunts & Uncles,Grandmas, All bar the family cat & dog are welcome for a fun , feel good class in our family friendly Studio with studio founder Margaret.
16:30 : Yoga Gently with Melanie Taylor ~ Mel teaches one of our very popular Yoga Gently classes (on Friday morning) and has deservedly a large and loyal yoga following at iYoga and throughout Dublin. Melanie strongly believes that Yoga is for all of us – no one is too old, too young, too stiff, too large or too tired to practice!
