Early Morning classes

Join our life enhancing series of morning classes :)

All are welcome ~ Time: 7 am – 8:15am

Intro2Yoga ~ July  Start Dates 

Specially designed for those completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, these introductory terms cover yoga basics to introduce you to the full suite of introductory yoga asana (poses). Sign up for 5 weeks and your card is valid for 8 weeks so if  you miss a week in the course you can validly make it up at the end.

There may be some space in on-going classes but we recommend you start at term start if at all possible.

Stretch @ Weekend Workshops

We’ve wonderful workshops every Saturday ~ great value yoga with the very best of local & iYOGA teachers ~ the workshops are open to all , so start your w/e off well and join us at iYOGA.
Time: 10:30am – 12:30 pm. Cost: €20 (€18 unwaged) unless stated otherwise
The iYOGA Combi card covers ~ Weekend Workshops.

Therapy Class

Our therapy class has finished for the summer and will resume in September. If you’d like to join in the Autumn please let us know.

The therapy class is for those who have their doctors consent and recommendation to 
work with yoga for an on-going medical condition. Based on techniques developed by BKS Iyengar and his daughter in India at their therapy classes, an individual programme will be devised for each student depending on her/his medical history.  Advance booking essential: therapy@iyoga.ie
