Ayurveda and yoga workshop with Claire Lafferty
Sat 9th June 2018 at iYoga Studios Phibsboro 1:30 – 4:00 pm €25
We are delighted to welcome Claire Lafferty back for another highly informative workshop on the basic principles of Ayurveda. Claire is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Indian Head Masseuse. She has been a keen student of Yoga and Ayurveda for many years, studying in India, Australia and Ireland, and teaching in Ireland, North, Central and South America. She enjoys integrating these ancient sister sciences, Yoga and Ayurveda, to deepen understanding.
This workshop will consist of a power point presentation outlining the basic principles of Ayurveda and how to incorporate them into a yoga practice. A questionnaire will be given to each participant to help them evaluate their personal constitution. We will then have a practice to go through some of the points before ending with savasana.
