Intro2 Yoga ~ New Term Starts
Specially designed for those new to yoga or returning after a break, these 5 week terms bring the student through the yoga basics and prepare for improvers and level 1 classes.

Mindfulness and the workplace

We are delighted to welcome back Dominic for this mindfulness workshop, where he will explain how we can learn to focus better and make wiser choices about how best to use our time. Further details can be found at http://iyoga.ie/mindfulness-and-the-workplace-workshop-with-dominic-cogan/

 

Pregnancy yoga class.

There will be no pregnancy yoga class on Wed Mar 2nd or on Wed Mar 9th. We will return on Wed Mar 16th at the earlier time of 6:30-7:30.

The pregnancy class is suitable for all who have passed their first trimester, 14 weeks. In the class you will be working in a supported way through various standing, seated, inverted and relaxation asana ( or poses). The asana will increase energy, as well as building strength and stability in the body. We will provide a centering practice as you prepare for your babies arrival. Thursday Level 3 Yoga Class

There will be no class on the First Thursday of each month but all regular attendees are welcome to attend the earlier 6pm class on those days. So no class 0n March 3rd, April 7th & May 6th but students can attend Eileen Cameron’s 6pm class on those days.

 

Bank Holiday Closing
For the St Patricks Day Bank Holiday we will close on Thursday Mar 17th but classes will resume as normal on Friday 18th March:)

We will also close on Mon 28th March for Easter bank holiday. Classes will run as normal all other days including Good Friday March 25th
