    Yoga workshop in iYoga, 365 North Circular Road Dublin 7 / Ireland

    Friday 20th 6.30 – 9.00pm (restorative )

    Saturday 21st : 10 – 5pm with one hour break

    Sunday 22nd 9 – 12.30pm

    Cost ::

    Friday :: €25

    Saturday :: €55

    Sunday :: €30

    FULL : €100

    The workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience but also a great introduction if you have not done any yoga before. We will build up the poses gradually from standing, sitting, twists to backbends and inversions. Everyone will work within their own capability with attentive instruction and correction. The aim is to distribute weight evenly over your muscles, bones and joints. Once both sides of your body become symmetrical undue stress is removed. There will be a relaxation time at the end of the session for your body to absorb all the benefits of your hard work. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice.

    Karin Montali was born to yoga in 1996 in England in the Iyengar yoga method. In 2001 she finished her three-year long teacher training in London. After that she moved to Italy/Camerino. 2004 she went to study directly with the Iyengar family in India for two months. She cares intensely about her personal practice, and continues her study with Senior Iyengar teachers several times a year. www.yoga-camerino.it
