    Greetings One & All ~

    Hopefully you are all staying safe and well during lock down. At least we have some gorgeous sunshine, which I think really helps.

    Our online Zoom classes are going really well, and many thanks to those of you who have been attending, its great to still feel like we are in touch with you all.

    In May we added a new class with the wonderful Melanie to our weekly schedule – on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am . This class is suitable for more experienced practitioners.

    For those of you who have not joined one of our classes yet and would like to, here are the details for how to access the classes.

    In the Zoom calendar (which will launch by clicking on link above), click on the class of your choice and follow on by clicking on registration link provided. All details for the selected class will be given in calendar class.

    Since we began our online classes, we have raised several hundred euro for charities local charity : Alone and also for Karuna, which is a charity working in India and Nepal, who work to end poverty and discrimination, and more recently, they are raising funds to help with the fight against the Corona virus in that region.

    Elena will teach our morning class but there is no mens class on the 1st June. Pavara will be back on Monday 8th 🙂

    iYOGA Courses and Re-opening Plans

    We are looking at different options for running our yogaplus course & peer sessions, which we are planning to restart soon.

    We are following government guidance about re-opening, and we expect to have information soon so watch this space

    In the meantime we look forward to seeing you online with us .
