In November iYoga welcomes senior Iyengar teacher Gerry Chambers (of East West Yoga : http://www.eastwestyoga.org.uk/about-us/) to Dublin. As an experienced Iyengar practitioner Gerry also brings knowledge of the yoga Sutras from a unique philosophical foundation .

Workshop on Saturday 11th November :: Samyama in Asana

On Saturday 11th November  Gerry will lead what promises to be an interesting combination of yoga asana practice with  yoga sutra study.
