A wonderful selection of local and inspirational teachers for w/s so offer a great way to explore and develop your practice. All classes are from 10:30-12:30pm on Saturday unless otherwise stated and cost €20 or €18 unwaged.

Intro 2 Yoga Courses
Specially designed 5 week courses for those new to Iyengar yoga or returning after a break. Dates for November are:

Sunday 2nd December 3rd : Focus On Junior and Senior Intermediate Syllabii with Eileen Cameron
This day offers a unique view of asana and pranayama work at junior and Senior intermediate level. Open to All Iyengar teachers.
Eileen Cameron holds the Senior Intermediate Level 3 Certificate and has been a student of Iyengar yoga since 1989 . She qualified as a teacher in 2000, attained Senior Level 3 in 2014 and as such is one of Irelands most Senior Iyengar Teachers. She has studied with the Iyengar family in Pune six times and with many internationally renowned teachers. Iyengar Yoga has sustained her throughout this time and she continues to study and practice this wonderful art. Eileen was the driving force behind the establishment of and is a founder member of the Dublin Iyengar Yoga Institute. She also leads the Iyengar Introductory teacher training programme with Margaret Cashman at iYOGA.
9:30am – 1pm will be focusing on the Junior Intermediate
