Intro 2 Yoga Courses
Specially designed 5 week courses for those new to Iyengar yoga or returning after a break. Dates for November are:
– Mon 7th November at 6:30 – 7:30 pm
This is our last intro start of 2016 and Pre-booking is required. Intro classes will continue running until the end of the year for those have missed a class or two, or who just want to do a few extra!

Sunday 29th November : Focus On Junior and Senior Intermediate Sylabii.
This day offers a unique view of asana and pranayama work at junior and Senior intermediate level. Open to All Iyengar teachers.
Eileen Cameron holds the Senior Intermediate Level 3 Certificate and has been a student of Iyengar yoga since the mid 90’s (for over 25 years). She qualified as a teacher in 2000, attained Senior Level 3 in 2014 and as such is one of Irelands most Senior Iyengar Teachers. She has studied with the Iyengar family in Pune four times and with many internationally renowned teachers. Iyengar Yoga has sustained her throughout this time and she continues to study and practice this wonderful art. Eileen was the driving force behind the establishment of and is a founder member of the Dublin Iyengar Yoga Institute. She also leads the Iyengar Introductory teacher training programme with Margaret Cashman at iYOGA.
Time : Sunday: 9 am – 2:30 pm (with break for lunch)

Timetable Changes
Final few tweaks to our autumn/winter timetable!
Pregnancy class will resume on Nov 9th and will return to its original day and time, so Wed at 6:30. Open all expectant mothers who have passed their first trimester.
Thursday’s Level 3 class will move to Wed from Wed 2nd at 8pm.
Thursday general level class will start at 6:15 from Thursday 3rd Nov.
