Prabhakara @ iYOGA: 30 & 31st Oct

A regular visitor to Dublin, New Zealand born Prabhakara has been practising yoga since 1988 and teaching since 1999. He’s a holder of a Senior Certificate level I and a regular visitor to Pune. Prabhakara’s workshops are always challenging and popular. Attendance is highly recommended. Prabhakara teaches from the Birmingham Yoga Studio.
1 year Iyengar Yoga required.

Yoga Plus 2016
YogaPlus course which runs over 11 months with 3 modules is for anyone who wishes to explore the practice of Iyengar Yoga. It offers a focused and individualised series of workshops with experienced teachers who will guide you step by step through the practice of asana and pranayama, and includes a selection from complementary sessions introducing the Yoga Sutras, Philosophy, Ayurveda and Sanskrit. (Topics for complimentary sessions are subject to change)

Intro2Yoga ~ October Start Dates
Specially designed for those completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, these introductory terms cover yoga basics to introduce you to the full suite of introductory yoga asana (poses). Sign up for 5 weeks and your card is valid for 8 weeks so if you miss a week in the course you can validly make it up at the end.
