The PD Day is open to all Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers. There will be no teaching by participant teachers on the day.
We welcome Helen for her first visit to iYoga Helen has been practicing yoga since she was at school and teaching Iyengar yoga since 1990. As well as running training courses for people wanting to learn to teach Iyengar yoga, Helen is also an exam assessor and moderator .Helen studies at the Iyengar Institute in Pune India every year she has just completed her 40th visit.
