YOGA PHILOSOPHY WORKSHOP WITH MIRIAM BRADY

Miriam 1

We are delighted to welcome Miriam Brady back for another highly informative workshop on the basic principles of yoga philosophy, focusing on the Yamas and Niyamas.

Miriam first qualified as a yoga teacher with the Irish Yoga Association in 1988. She qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 2004 following a 2 year training course led by Marion Kilburn.

Over the past 27 years Miriam has taught a wide range of classes, from pregnancy and mother and baby to senior citizens and all in between. Since 1998 she has been a tutor on the I.Y.A. four year teacher training course.

Miriam has a great depth of knowledge and understanding on the subject of yoga philosophy and together with her witty and charming personality, makes this class a must for those looking to further their understanding of the subject.

Open to all students yogi’s and non yogi’s.
