Teresa is one of iYoga's most long standing and popular teachers where she continues to teach on our YogaPlus course. Originally from Wales,Teresa began practicing yoga when she moved to Dublin in 2001. She continues to work closely with senior teachers and holds an Intermediate Junior Level III Teaching Certificate. Get to this one if you can ! It'll be busy so Pre-booking recommended .

Janice first started to practice yoga many years ago but with more enthusiasm since attending classes at Iyoga in 2007. In an effort to take her yoga to another level Janice decided to study for the 2 year Teacher Training programme at Iyoga with Eileen Cameron and Margaret Cashman and she successfully completed this course and obtained her teaching certificate in October 2012.
Janice is a very popular teacher at iYoga, due to her calm yet encouraging manner. So if you have yet to attend one of our workshop's this one is highly recommended.
