Denise, with her energetic and precise instruction, will guide you through this general level workshop. It was the emphasis on precision and the correct alignment along with an understanding of the poses that was enough to persuade Denise that Iyengar style was the yoga for her. Teresa is one of iYoga's most long standing and popular teachers where she continues to teach on our YogaPlus course. Originally from Wales,Teresa began practicing yoga when she moved to Dublin in 2001. She continues to work closely with senior teachers and  holds an Intermediate Junior Level III Teaching Certificate. Get to this one if you can ! It'll be busy so Pre-booking recommended .

Elena has studied yoga for years , in Ireland with both the Irish Yoga Association and following that she followed her yogic path into Iyengar Yoga when she trained with Aisling Guirke.  If you've ever wanted to try one of our Saturday classes this is the one for you. General Level Workshop with Janice Dack

Janice first started to practice yoga many years ago but with more enthusiasm since attending classes at Iyoga in 2007.  In an effort to take her yoga to another level Janice decided to study for the 2 year Teacher Training programme at IYoga with Eileen Cameron and Margaret Cashman and she successfully completed this course and obtained her teaching certificate in October 2012. Janice currently hold's an Intermediate Junior Level 1 certificate

Janice is a very popular teacher at iYoga, due to her chalm yet encouraging manner. So if you have yet to attend one of our workshop's this one is highly recommended.

Workshop to develop your practice : with Matthew Green

Matthew, originally from Australia, settled into a focused Iyengar yoga practice once his travels brought him to Ireland ~ both his practice and teaching combine attention to detail, strength and calmness ~ which are the fruits of such a focused approach. Matthew will guide you through the sequences of asana with clear and attentive instruction delivered in a calm, light manner. From beginners and beyond, all are welcome at this workshop. Matthew currently holds a Junior intermediate level 1 teaching certificate.
