Back to Basics Workshop with Federico Prando

Federico Prando has been practicing yoga since 2006, gained his Introductury Level II Certificate in 2016 in Dublin,
following the teacher training in Iyoga with Margaret Cashman and Eileen Cameron (so you know who to blame for it :) ).
You might have met him in Iyoga, or in either Samadhi or Little Bird studios, where he's been covering classes and doing workshops ....

The workshop covers back to basics - all can join as either beginners or to rediscover the basics. A good stretch is not the same when we
break the habit ... so let's see where we can reach with our consciousness in each pose. Come and enjoy some further investigation of the asanas!

Fri 29 - Sun 31 March

General Workshop (Friday, Saturday& Sunday) with Karin Montali

Connect with Your Inner Self ~ Workshop with Karin Montali

March 29 - 31

For details see :

The workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience but also a great introduction if you have not done any yoga before. We will build up the poses gradually from standing, sitting, twists to backbends and inversions. Everyone will work within their own capability with attentive instruction and correction. The aim is to distribute weight evenly over your muscles, bones and joints. Once both sides of your body become symmetrical undue stress is removed. There will be a relaxation time at the end of the session for your body to absorb all the benefits of your hard work. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice.

Karin Montali was born to yoga in 1996 in England in the Iyengar yoga method. In 2001 she finished her three yearlong teacher training in London. After that she moved to Italy/Camerino. 2004 she went to study directly with the Iyengar family in India for two months. She cares intensely about her personal practice, and continues her study with Senior Iyengar teachers several times a year.
